Target Audience: Homeschool students, ESL learners, and any student wanting to develop creative writing skills (ages 10-adult)

Curriculum Description: This creative writing workshop teaches students how to write engaging stories, poems, and descriptive pieces. Students will master paragraph writing, sentence structure, adjectives, adverbs, transition words, linking words, punctuation, possessives, question formation, formal vs informal language, and writing fluency. Each lesson is followed by a verification quiz to test understanding.


Prerequisites: Basic sentence writing ability (Grade 3 reading level).


Learning Outcomes: By the end of this workshop, students will be able to write well-structured paragraphs, use descriptive language effectively (adjectives and adverbs), connect ideas with transition and linking words, apply correct punctuation and capitalization, write in both formal and informal styles, and express creative ideas fluently in writing.
