Target Audience: Grade 9, Grade 10, Grade 11, and Grade 12 students (ages 14-18)

Curriculum Description: This bootcamp explores the great discoveries and pioneers of medicine and biology that saved millions of lives and transformed our understanding of life. Students will learn about Vesalius, Mendel, Darwin, Pasteur, Lister, Fleming, Jenner, Barnard, and Semmelweis. Each lesson includes interactive activities, podcasts, and quizzes to reinforce learning.

Prerequisites: Basic biology knowledge recommended.

Learning Outcomes: By the end of this bootcamp, students will be able to explain the development of modern anatomy and medicine, understand the principles of genetics and heredity, describe the theory of evolution and natural selection, explain germ theory and its impact on health, and evaluate the contributions of medical pioneers to global health.
