Target Audience: Grade 10, Grade 11, and Grade 12 students (ages 15-18)

Difficulty Level: Advanced

Curriculum Description: This intensive program explores the philosophical movements that placed human experience, freedom, and meaning at the center of inquiry. Students will study Nietzsche, Husserl, Heidegger, Sartre, Camus, and the key concepts of existentialism, phenomenology, absurdism, and the search for meaning. Each lesson includes interactive activities, podcasts, and quizzes to reinforce learning.

Prerequisites: Completion of German Idealism & 19th Century Philosophy (P8) recommended.

Learning Outcomes: By the end of this intensive program, students will be able to explain the core ideas of existentialism and phenomenology, understand Nietzsche's critique of traditional values, analyze Sartre's ideas on freedom and responsibility, evaluate Camus' response to the absurd, and reflect on questions of meaning and authenticity in their own lives.
