Target Audience: Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, and Grade 8 students (ages 10-14)
Difficulty Level: Intermediate
Curriculum Description: This bootcamp prepares students for algebra by building strong foundations in number relationships and operations. Students will master integers, negative numbers, order of operations, percentages, exponents, ratios, square roots, GCF and LCM, comparing numbers, and even and odd numbers. Each lesson includes interactive activities, podcasts, and quizzes to reinforce learning.
Prerequisites: Completion of Intermediate Math Mastery (M3) or equivalent.
Learning Outcomes: By the end of this bootcamp, students will be able to work confidently with integers and negative numbers, apply the order of operations correctly, calculate percentages, understand and use exponents, solve ratio and proportion problems, calculate square roots, find GCF and LCM, compare numbers accurately, and identify even and odd number patterns.
